This Toasted Coconut and Lime Cream Soda is perfect for when the sun is shining. The combination of zingy limes and sweet coconuts makes this drink delicious and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 130g ice
- 125ml Biona Organic Coconut Milk
- juice from one whole lime
- 30g Biona Organic Agave Syrup
- 425ml cups soda water
- 2 tablespoons (or more) toasted coconut chips or flakes
- lime zest to garnish
Method
- In a cocktail shaker add ice, coconut milk, lime juice, and agave.
- Shake well.
- Divide between two cocktail glasses and add in more ice if desired.
- Pour in the soda water to fill each glass,
- Top each drink with the toasted coconut and lime zest. Enjoy!
