Ingredients

1 banana

Drizzle of Biona Organic Light Agave Syrup

2 tsp ground cinnamon 

Biona Organic Chia and Flax Rye Bread, toasted 

3 tbsp cottage cheese

Drizzle Biona Organic Smooth Peanut Butter

Handful of crushed pecans

Method

  1. Slice the banana into discs and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with agave syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon, and toss to coat.
  2. Pan-fry the banana slices over medium heat until golden and caramelised.
  3. Top the rye bread with cottage cheese, caramelised banana, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
  4. Finish with a sprinkle of crushed pecans and enjoy!
