Ingredients
120ml Biona Organic Coconut Milk
120ml Biona Organic Tart Cherry Juice
140g frozen cherries
80g frozen pineapple
75g frozen avocado
1 tsp Biona Organic Maple Syrup
Optional:
1 tbsp Biona Organic Coconut Cream (from the Coconut Milk tin to decorate the glass)
1 tsp Beetroot powder (to decorate the glass)
Method
- Using a spoon, swirl your coconut cream around the inside of a glass.
- Use a small sieve to sprinkle your beetroot powder into the glass so that it sticks to the cream and set aside.
- Add the coconut milk, tart cherry juice, frozen cherries, frozen pineapple, frozen avocado and maple syrup to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into the decorated glass. Top with a little more coconut cream and serve immediately.
