Ripe banana, cashew butter, oat flour, and vanilla protein powder come together to create a soft, naturally sweet base, with a pinch of cinnamon adding extra warmth. Ingredients

1 banana 

125g Biona Organic Cashew Nut Butter 

50g ground almonds 

100g oat flour 

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

80g Biona Organic Maple Syrup 

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of ground cinnamon 

Pinch of salt 

100g dark chocolate, melted

50g chopped almonds

Method

  1. Mash the banana until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the ground almonds, oat flour, vanilla protein powder, ground cinnamon, salt, cashew butter, and maple syrup, then mix until fully combined.
  3. Roll the dough into bite-sized balls. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle each ball with chopped almonds and place on a tray. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  5. Once set, enjoy these delicious protein-packed banana bread bites on the go!
