Ingredients
Biona Organic Chia and Flax Rye Bread
3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
100g fresh cherries, halved and pitted
35g dark chocolate, grated
Drizzle of Biona Organic Light Agave Syrup
Fresh mint leaves, to garnish
Method
- On a slice of toasted rye bread, spread the coconut yoghurt and top with some fresh cherries.
- Serve your topped toast with a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate, a drizzle of agave syrup and some fresh mint leaves for garnish.
