Ingredients
50g Biona Organic Grilled Artichoke Hearts
30g Biona Organic Italian Pitted Green Olives
40g Biona Organic Sundried Soft Tomatoes
200g ricotta
1 lemon, zested
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 slices Biona Organic Rye Bread
Method
- Toast the rye bread.
- Add the lemon zest to a bowl with the ricotta and season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Pipe or spread the lemon ricotta onto the toasted rye bread.
- Add the artichokes, green olives and sundried tomatoes on top.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and enjoy!
