Ingredients

3 tsp matcha powder

5 tbsp Greek yoghurt or plant-based alternative

1 Biona Organic Chia & Flax Rye Bread

4 strawberries, sliced into heart shapes

Method

  1. Whisk the matcha powder and a splash of hot water until completely smooth.
  2. Add the velvety matcha mixture to your thick Greek yoghurt and stir until fully incorporated.
