Quick and Easy Tabbouleh Salad

Ingredients

80ml Biona Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 tbsp Biona Lemon Juice 

1 tbsp Biona Garlic Paste

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp ground coriander 

Pinch of cinnamon

2 bunches of curly parsley, finely chopped

120g cucumber, chopped

180g tomatoes, diced

150g Biona Bulgur Wheat, cooked 

30g fresh mint leaves

2 spring onions, chopped

Method

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt, coriander and cinnamon. 
  2. Add in the parsley, cucumber, tomato, bulgar wheat, mint and spring onions, and toss to fully combine together. 
  3. Continue to season to taste and chill until ready to serve.
