Quick and Easy Tabbouleh Salad
Ingredients
80ml Biona Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Biona Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Biona Garlic Paste
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp ground coriander
Pinch of cinnamon
2 bunches of curly parsley, finely chopped
120g cucumber, chopped
180g tomatoes, diced
150g Biona Bulgur Wheat, cooked
30g fresh mint leaves
2 spring onions, chopped
Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt, coriander and cinnamon.
- Add in the parsley, cucumber, tomato, bulgar wheat, mint and spring onions, and toss to fully combine together.
- Continue to season to taste and chill until ready to serve.
