Ingredients

4 kirby cucumbers

90g Biona Kimchi

2 tbsp Biona Tamari

1 tbsp Biona ACV

1 tbsp Biona Sesame Oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds 

Coriander

4 kirby cucumbers, peeled in strips and cut into thin rounds* (see note below)

Method


  1. Peel the cucumbers into strips and cut them into thin circles.

  2. Combine all your ingredients into a bowl and toss until evenly mixed

  3. Serve to your guests and enjoy!
