Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

90g rolled oats

1 tbsp Biona Smooth Peanut Butter

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp Biona Pure Amber Maple Syrup

250g yoghurt (or plant-based alternative)

350ml almond milk 

Blueberries and chopped peanuts to finish

Method

  1. Add your rolled oats, almond milk, yoghurt and peanut butter to a jar with the ground cinnamon, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Stir to fully combine all ingredients.
  2. Pop in the fridge overnight or a minimum of 1 hour.
  3. When ready to serve, you can top with a drizzle of peanut butter, blueberries and chopped peanuts - and enjoy as your creamy, dreamy wake-up treat!
