Viral 5-Ingredient Pistachio Bars

Ingredients

245g pistachios

2 tbsp Biona Pure Amber Maple Syrup

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

50g dark chocolate, melted

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan and line a loaf tin with baking paper. 
  2. In a bowl, mix pistachios, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt until well combined, then press firmly into the tin.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes until golden, then let it cool completely in the tin (about 30 minutes). 
  4. Once cooled, lift out the slab, slice into 12 bars, and dip the bases in melted chocolate. Feel free to drizzle extra chocolate on top for that wow factor!
  5. Chill the bars in the fridge for 2 hours to set the chocolate. Then, dive in and enjoy every crunchy, chocolatey bite of this delicious snack!
