Viral 5-Ingredient Pistachio Bars
Ingredients
245g pistachios
2 tbsp Biona Pure Amber Maple Syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
50g dark chocolate, melted
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix pistachios, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt until well combined, then press firmly into the tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden, then let it cool completely in the tin (about 30 minutes).
- Once cooled, lift out the slab, slice into 12 bars, and dip the bases in melted chocolate. Feel free to drizzle extra chocolate on top for that wow factor!
- Chill the bars in the fridge for 2 hours to set the chocolate. Then, dive in and enjoy every crunchy, chocolatey bite of this delicious snack!
