No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients
¾ cup rolled oats
½ cup Biona Peanut Butter
95g vegan chocolate chips
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp Biona Pure Maple Syrup
Method
- In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well-combined.
- Using a spoon, portion out balls that are bitesize. Use your hands to roll and press them into balls
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Now you are ready to enjoy these great treats to give you an energy burst during the day.
