Antipasti Salad

2 x jars Biona Grilled Red Peppers
¼ jar Biona Italian Pitted Green Olives
½ jar Biona Sundried Soft Tomatoes
175g Vegan Staciatella style cheese (optional)
2x tins Biona Butter Beans
2 tbsp toasted slivered almonds
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp Biona Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small green chilli (optional)
1-2 tsp sumac
1-2 tsp aleppo chili flakes
Salt and pepper
Bread, to serve
Method
- Spoon the vegan stracciatella, if using, onto a platter.
- Lay over the rest of the jarred ingredients.
- Drizzle over the sherry vinegar, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, salt and pepper and sumac and aleppo chili.
- Finish with the nuts and finely sliced fresh chili.
