Plant-Based Strawberry Chocolate Bites
In a small bowl, combine the strawberries and yoghurt. Spoon onto a lined baking tray to form bite sized portions. Place in the freezer for 1 hour or until hardened.
Create a bain-marie by filling a saucepan with around 4 inches of water. Next, place a larger heat proof bowl on top of the saucepan to cover it. Place the saucepan over a medium heat until the water has boiled.
Break up the chocolate bar. Add the chocolate and coconut oil to the bain-marie. Warm through whilst continuously stirring until completely melted.
Remove the yoghurt bites from the freezer and coat them in the melted chocolate. Place back into the freezer for a further hour or until the chocolate has hardened.
