Vegan Kimchi Avocado Toast

Ingredients

1 slice of Biona Chia & Flax Rye Bread

1 headed tbsp. vegan cream cheese

2 tbsp Biona Kimchi

1 sprig of spring onion, sliced

half an avocado, sliced

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp crispy fried onions

Method

  1. Toast the bread
  2. Smear over your cream cheese and top with sliced avocado.
  3. Drizzle the avocado with a little olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. Add the kimchi and garnishes!
  5. Enjoy!
