Vegan Kimchi Avocado Toast
Ingredients
Vegan Kimchi Avocado Toast by @natsnourishments
1 slice of Biona Chia & Flax Rye Bread
1 headed tbsp. vegan cream cheese
2 tbsp Biona Kimchi
1 sprig of spring onion, sliced
half an avocado, sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp crispy fried onions
Method
- Toast the bread
 - Smear over your cream cheese and top with sliced avocado.
 - Drizzle the avocado with a little olive oil, salt and pepper
 - Add the kimchi and garnishes!
