Crunchy Mixed Beans

Ingredients

1 can of Biona Mixed Beans

1 can of Biona Chickpeas

6 tbsp of Biona Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp of nutritional yeast (optional)

Salt to taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 180C
  2. Drain and rinse beans from all the cans
  3. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika and salt
  4. Layer in a baking tray (use multiple if needed so they can all have space between them)
  5. Bake for 35-45 min until crunchy
