Cinnamon Apple and Peanut Butter Toast
Ingredients
1 gala apple, chopped into small pieces
Pinch of cinnamon seasoning
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp vanilla extract
A squeeze of lemon juice
2 slices Biona Super Seed Bread
2 tbsp Biona Smooth Peanut Butter
Handful of raisins
Method
- Begin by preparing the cinnamon apples by adding chopped apples, cinnamon, a dash of water, coconut sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and lemon juice into a saucepan over medium heat. Boil slightly and stir until caramelized. Once caramelised, set aside to cool.
- Toast your super seed bread slightly, then top with smooth peanut butter and spoon on the cinnamon apples.
- Finally, sprinkle on raisins and enjoy this tasty seasonal breakfast.
