Easy Vegan Store Cupboard Crumble

Serves: 6 Prep: 10_mins Cook: 20_mins


This quick and easy dessert is made using store cupboard staples including our jarred peach halves and coconut sugar. Comforting and delicious, this one can be made in under 10 minutes, then left in the oven to bake whilst you get on with other things.


1 jar Biona Organic peaches

220g all-purpose flour

100g Oats

100g Biona Organic coconut sugar

50g Biona Organic Coconut Oil

Vegan cream or ice cream to serve (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2. Tip the flour, sugar and coconut oil into a bowl and rub into ‘breadcrumbs’ using your hands. Add the oats and stir
  3. Tip the jarred peaches, including half of the juice into the bottom of an oven proof dish. Cover with the crumble mix.
  4. Bake at 180c for 20 minutes or until it’s golden and bubbling at the edges. Serve with vegan cream or ice cream (optional)
