Easy Vegan Store Cupboard Crumble
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Tip the flour, sugar and coconut oil into a bowl and rub into ‘breadcrumbs’ using your hands. Add the oats and stir
- Tip the jarred peaches, including half of the juice into the bottom of an oven proof dish. Cover with the crumble mix.
- Bake at 180c for 20 minutes or until it’s golden and bubbling at the edges. Serve with vegan cream or ice cream (optional)
