Chickpea Blondies

Whip up a batch of these super healthy blondies made with our organic chickpeas and surprise your guests with their secret protein filled ingredient!
Ingredients
2 tbsp plant milk
1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 60g vegan chocolate chipsMethod
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees on fan bake.
- Line a brownie pan with baking paper
- In a food processor or high speed blender mix the chickpeas, almond butter, plant milk, coconut sugar, plain flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. The mixture should be smooth.
- Once blended fold in the vegan chocolate chips
- Pour mixture into the brownie pan and bake for 25 minutes or until it starts to turn golden
- Remove blondie from the brownie pan and let cool for 30 minutes before cutting into. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
