Quick and Easy Vegan Hummus Spaghetti

Serves: 4 Prep: 5_mins Cook: 6_mins


500g Biona White Spelt Spaghetti 

300g hummus - make your own by following our Smoothest Hummus Ever Recipe using our Biona Chickpeas!

10g fresh chives, chopped

10g fresh basil, chopped

2 tbsp Biona Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tsp chilli flakes

A pinch of salt

1 tsp pepper


  1. Add the spaghetti and a pinch of salt to a pan of boiling water, and leave to boil for 6 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, add the hummus to a large bowl with the chopped fresh herbs, olive oil and oregano. Mix until well combined.

  3. Use a ladle to add in around 300ml of the pasta water, and stir.

  4. Once the 6 minutes is up, drain the spaghetti and add it to the hummus mixture. Stir and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. 

  5. Plate up and enjoy as a quick and easy midweek dinner!
