Creamy Brocolli Gnocchi

This Creamy Broccoli Gnocchi can be on the table in a matter of minutes. Simply mix together our Organic Kefir and Dijon Mustard to create a delicious sauce, then stir into our fresh gnocchi. This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy midweek meal that will please both adults & kids.


3 tbsp kefir 

1/2 tbsp Biona Organic Dijon Mustard

1/2 lemon, zest & juice

200g Tenderstem brocolli

350g Biona Organic Classic Fresh Gnocchi

2 tbsp Biona Organic Coconut Oil

1 can Biona Organic Edamame Beans

1 tbsp toasted pine nuts


  1. Mix together the kefir, mustard and lemon juice. Set aside. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Once boiling, add the broccoli and cook for 3 mins, then tip in the gnocchi. Cook until the gnocchi begins to float to the surface, this will only take 1 min so keep an eye on them, then drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and, once hot, tip in the gnocchi, broccoli and edamame beans. Toss around in the hot oil for 1 min, then stir through the kefir mixture. Season to taste. Once hot, spoon into bowls and top with the lemon zest and toasted pine nuts.
