5 Minute Smooth Black Chickpea Hummus
Ingredients
1 x 400g can Biona Black Chickpeas, drained (plus extra for garnish)
3 tbsp Biona Lemon Juice
½ black garlic clove, peeled
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Biona Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp cumin
100-150ml water
Method
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend for 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
Spread the hummus onto a plate and top with a drizzle of olive oil, some extra black chickpeas, a sprinkle of paprika, sesame seeds, and some fresh coriander. Serve with some crusty bread as the centrepiece at your next dinner party! It’s that easy!
