Made with sourdough and freshly milled whole rye, our Biona Amaranth & Quinoa Rye bread is wheat free, high in fibre and contains no added yeast; the perfect addition to a wide range of diets. Both amaranth and quinoa are native to South America and are naturally high in protein, making our rye bread a nutritious and tasty choice. Light and soft in texture, it is ideal served with a variety of sweet and savoury toppings, why not try topping with creamy peanut butter and banana or smashed avocado, lime and tomato. Either enjoy it straight from the packet or pop it in the toaster for a wholesome and healthy snack or meal.
