- Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.
- Heat the flavoured jackfruit in 3 seperate pans until piping hot.
- Pair a cooked rice with each jackfruit and top with a either the peanuts, spring onion, chilli and coriander. Serve with lots of tortilla chips and guacamole. Dig in!
