Vegan Bacon Bits

Sweet, smoky and delicious. We use coconut flakes to make these 'vegan bacon bits'.
Ingredients
1 cup/100g Coconut Flakes
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
2 tbsp Biona Shoyu Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Biona Raw Virgin Coconut Oil
Method
- Mix everything together except the coconut flakes. Once all combined, add the coconut flakes and toss to coat.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and bake the coated coconut in a preheated oven of 180c for 10-12 minutes or until crisp.
