We partnered up with our foodie friends Profusion Organic to create a selection of alcohol free mocktails. Perfect for the festive season.
Ingredients
1 can Biona Organic coconut milk
1 bottle of Profusion Pineapple, coconut & maca kombucha
150g frozen pineapple
200ml Biona Organic Orange Juice
Coconut curls and fresh lime for garnish
Method
- Blend the coconut milk, kombucha, orange juice and frozen pineapple in a blender until smooth.
- If you want it to be a thicker blended drink, add in additional frozen pineapple.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with coconut curls, lime zest and serve immediately.
