Method
- Place the falafels into a frying pan over a medium heat with a small drizzle of olive oil. Fry gently until piping hot.
- Massage the kale with the olive oil and lemon juice until soft.
- Serve the falafels & kale with the cooked quinoa, hummus, sliced avocado and most importantly the beetroot sauerkraut - loads of it!
- Sprinkle everything with sesame seeds.
