Marketing Executive & Copywriter – Full Time Role

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative wordsmith who is passionate about food and copywriting to join our 6+ marketing team. Working across our six organic food and drinks brands you will be responsible for writing copy for multiple formats, helping define our tone of voice and creating content for multiple formats.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with our agency partners to create engaging content for social media, including copywriting, content planning and creative direction
• Recipe creation and copywriting
• Product description copywriting for multiple formats, including Amazon and Ocado
• Improving website copy (across our owned brand webstores and websites)
• Creating on-pack copy for new products
• Working with our design team to create and improve ads, including creative direction and copywriting (trade and consumer)
• Blog creation, including content planning, copywriting and SEO optimisation
• Creating bespoke newsletter campaigns, including design and copywriting
• Creating branded merchandise
• Supporting the creation of tone of voice documents
• Community management on social: building brand love and loyalty by engaging with consumers

Requirements:

• Passion for food and copywriting
• 1+ years’ experience copywriting
• Interest in marketing and a willingness to learn
• Excellent literacy and grammatical skills
• Impeccable attention to detail – you must be a meticulous proof-reader
• Ability to work and learn independently
• Good organisation and time management skills

Location: Kingston Upon Thames. Flexible working: 3-days per week in-office and 2 days from home, and flexi-hours.
