Vegan Egg Nog

Our vegan Egg Nog is deliciously creamy but without the dairy. Made using our organic coconut milk, this sweet and healthy drink is one of our favourite festive drinks.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Biona Organic Coconut Milk (400 ml)
  • 65g raw cashews (Soaked overnight for 2 hours)
  • 65ml cup water
  • 3 tbsp Biona Organic Maple & Agave syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

METHOD

  • 1.    Soak the cashews overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  • 2.    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 3.    Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  • 4.    Serve chilled and toast Christmas!
