Potato and Radish Salad

This Potato and Radish Salad is the perfect accompaniment to those summer barbecues. We use our egg-free mayo to create a creamy dressing along that goes perfectly with this side dish.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the potatoes. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, until tender. Drain and tip into a large serving bowl.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl and pour over the potatoes. Season, toss together and leave to cool. Add the radishes, spring onions and cress and gently toss together.
