Pomegranate Kombucha Mocktail

We partnered up with foodie friends Profusion Organic to create a selection of alcohol free mocktails. Perfect for the festive season.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  • To the bottom of each glass (serves 2 glasses) slightly squeeze 3-4 lime wedges, then place wedges into the glasses.
  • Then add raspberries, 2 tablespoons in each glass and desired amount of mint leaves. Using a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon, muddle (squish) lime, raspberries and mint together until the raspberries juices are released.
  • Fill each glass half way up with ice.
  • Pour kombucha & pomegranate juice over ice, stir a little to combine with the raspberries, lime and mint.
  • Serve with extra lime slices & pomegranate seeds  if desired.
  • Enjoy!
