Made with sourdough and freshly milled whole rye, our Biona Amaranth & Quinoa Rye bread is wheat free, high in fibre and contains no added yeast; the perfect addition to a wide range of diets. Both amaranth and quinoa are native to South America and are naturally high in protein, making our rye bread a nutritious and tasty choice.
