All of our deliveries are sent from our contract depot in Kent. All deliveries will be sent by courier with DPD.
England: £3.99 for orders under £50.00. Orders over £50.00 for England will be delivered free of charge.
Unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to addresses in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
Delivery time are 3-4 working days. We are unable to offer next day delivery services at present. All deliveries must be signed for. If requested deliveries can be left with neighbours, but will need to be signed for.
Deliveries outside UK:
We are unable to ship to destinations outside the UK at present.
What if I’m not home?
When no one is available to accept your delivery a card will be left letting you know that DPD tried to deliver it. An attempt will then automatically be made to deliver it to you on the next working day. Delivery times are Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm.
For delivery in time for Christmas, please order before the 19th of December. Any orders placed after will be delivered from the 27th of December.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped automatically and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any queries or issues, please do get in touch by contacting us on the email address above.
After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you have notified us of the reason for the return, by contacting us on the email address above. Once opened due to hygiene we are unable to make a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty. You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
