Delivery Information


All of our deliveries are sent from our contract depot in Kent. All deliveries will be sent by courier with DPD.

Please note that DPD introduced a new policy in 2021 whereby if delivering to a residential address and the recipient is not home, parcels are instead left at a local DPD PickUp shop. This allows you to still receive your parcel on the expected day, whilst also reducing  carbon emissions.


Delivery Prices:

UK Mainland: £3.99 for orders under £50.00. Orders over £50.00 for England will be delivered free of charge.

Northern Ireland: Unfortunately we have temporarily suspended deliveries to Northern Ireland. We hope to resume them soon.

Scottish Islands: £18.00 delivery fee

Scottish Highlands: £10.00 delivery fee

Isle of Man: £18.00 delivery fee

Isle of Wight: £10.00 delivery fee

Scilly Isles: £18.00 delivery fee


Delivery Times:

Standard delivery time is 4-5 working days. We are unable to offer next day delivery services at present. All deliveries must be signed for (NOTE: Due to current circumstances DPD are offering contactless delivery only. Therefore no signature will be requested). If requested deliveries can be left with neighbours.


Deliveries outside UK:

We are unable to ship to destinations outside the UK at present.


What if I’m not home?

When no one is available to accept your delivery a card will be left letting you know that DPD tried to deliver it. An attempt will then automatically be made to deliver it to you on the next working day. Delivery times are Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm.

Refund Policy

Whilst we hope that you are pleased with your purchase you are able to return unopened goods should you be dissatisfied with it. For instructions on how to return goods please contact our customer service team by emailing: info@biona.co.uk

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped automatically and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any queries or issues, please do get in touch by contacting us on the email address above.

After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you have notified us of the reason for the return, by contacting us on the email address above. Once opened due to hygiene we are unable to make a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty. You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
