Optional: 1 can Biona Organic Chick Peas, rinsed and drained (or 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas)

Optional: Crumbled Biona Organic Feta Cheese

Freshly grated black pepper

1/2 cup Biona Organic Sunflower Seeds

1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves

1/2 cup packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

1/4 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

1 clove garlic, roughly chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
