Acai Smoothie Bowl 

Ingredients

Smoothie

·         1 large banana, sliced

·         110g frozen raspberries

·         110ml almond milk

·         1tbsp Biona Organic Almond Butter

·         2 tbsp Biona Organic Agave Syrup

·         4 tbsp acai powder

·         ½ tsp vanilla extract

·         Pinch of cinnamon

Topping

·         Fruit of choice

·         2 tbsp chopped roasted almonds 


·         1 tsp Biona Organic Linseed

·         2tbsp Biona Organic Oaty Granola

 

Method

·         Place the banana, raspberries, almond milk, almond butter, agave syrup, acai powder, vanilla extract and cinnamon into a blender. Blend until smooth.

·         Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

·         Top with the fruit of your choice, almonds, linseed and granola.
